MAGNOFIX 150: Best for a 40 × 60 cm print on a suitable smooth wall. Hanger Set for Plates: A conventional concealed hanger for small and medium prints. It requires a wall hook or screw. Aluminium Backframe: The strongest and most stable option for medium and large prints. It requires screws and suitable wall fixings. Without: No mounting hardware is supplied.

What is the MAGNOFIX hanging system?

MAGNOFIX is a concealed magnetic and adhesive mounting system. One component attaches to the rear of the metal print and the corresponding component attaches to the wall. Once installed, the two magnetic sections connect, allowing the print to sit securely against the wall without a visible frame or wall hook.

We do not recommend relying on MAGNOFIX on rough brick, heavily textured paint, uneven plaster or similar surfaces. The adhesive may not achieve full contact with the wall. Use an Aluminium Backframe with appropriate screws and wall fixings instead.

We do not recommend it. Adhesive removal may tear the wallpaper or separate it from the wall. Choose a screw-mounted option when the wall is wallpapered.

Allow the paint to cure fully according to the paint manufacturer’s instructions before applying any adhesive mounting system. Applying the mount too soon may weaken the bond or damage the paint.

How do I install MAGNOFIX?

Choose a smooth, clean, dry and level wall area. Clean the installation area and allow it to dry completely. Separate the magnetic components. Remove the protective film from the component intended for the back of the print. Position it centrally on the rear of the print and press firmly. Remove the protective film from the wall-mounted adhesive section. Position the artwork carefully and press it against the wall. Remove the artwork from the wall-mounted magnet. Press firmly around the entire wall adhesive to remove air pockets and secure its edges. Reattach the artwork magnetically and check that it is level and stable. Follow any instructions supplied inside the package, as the included mounting components may be updated.

Can the artwork be removed from MAGNOFIX?

Yes. The artwork can be detached from the wall-mounted magnetic component and attached again. Remove the print carefully and support it with both hands, particularly with the larger format.
